At Studio Bumi, we're bringing Indonesian flavors to New York City. That's it. Indonesian food shouldn't be an exotic, niche offering, it should be a staple. We know it takes hard work and consistent yapping to get the words out We're committed to this.
The other thing is, if we ignore the other flavors from the region, which have influenced each other so heavily that sometimes they've created political and cultural tensions, we'd miss out on the fun of the journey. I won't bring that kind of energy! I'm rebuking. That's why this studio's all about Indonesia and beyond. We’re always trying to combine flavors. Nothing new and too complicated just guaranteed great taste and energy (though no corporate energy, and ChatGPT sentences. Enough is enough). Again, for us, It's not about being "the most authentic". Imagine trying that hard and getting roasted. We want to be fun, accessible, and delicious. Is that too much to ask! So yeah, take a look at the menu, read a few preliminary details and let's collaborate!

We need this covered first so we could go absolutely off with the details with you later. Especially on menu planning
Menu Planning: Based on our discussion, we will propose a customized menu tailored to the needs of your event. Sample menus can be provided upon request to help guide your selections. Why not.
Pre-Event Planning
Confirmation of Details: Once the menu is selected, we will confirm all event details including date, time, location, number of guests, and specific service requirements. A detailed event plan will be created to ensure all aspects are covered. This will be in the form of an agreement. We’re pro commitment here, folks.

Setup: Our team will arrive at the venue well in advance of the start time to set up the dining area, kitchen prep space, and any additional equipment needed. We ensure a smooth setup process that respects the venue's policies and timing constraints.
Service Delivery: Depending on the chosen service style (buffet, family-style, or cocktail), our staff will serve your guests with professionalism and courtesy. Our goal is to provide seamless service that enhances the dining experience.
Breakdown and Cleanup: After the event, our team will handle the breakdown and cleanup of the catering setup. We aim to leave the venue in excellent condition, managing waste and recycling according to your venue's guidelines.
